Configuring the Stylus for Bluetooth

Setting up Bluetooth is an easy procedure, however the steps may be slightly different if your computer has a built-in Bluetooth adapter, or if you are using a USB Bluetooth adapter that is not in our recommended list.

 Recommended USB Bluetooth Adapters

If your computer does not have a built-in Bluetooth adapter then you will need to purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.  We have tested a few models from a few different manufacturers.  Please contact ProCAT customer service or technical support for the manufacturers and models that we have tested and recommend.

 Computer Setup

If your computer came with a built-in Bluetooth adapter, then you should have a Bluetooth icon appearing in your system tray at the lower-left corner of your computer screen.  If this icon does not appear, you must consult with your computer manufacturer to enable Bluetooth.  If you are using a USB Bluetooth adapter, you will need to install the drivers and software provided with the CD that came with the adapter.  Once Bluetooth is enabled, the icon will appear as shown below.
